Should they attend the 70th anniversary of the WW2 victory in Moscow, particularly the military parade - or not? That's the question that's been tormenting a number of leaders around the world these days. That's an especially sensitive dilemma for those from Central and East Europe, which the Red Army liberated of the Wehrmacht, and subsequently turned into the Soviet bloc (with the tacit agreement of the West).
