Who's really responsible for Nemtsov's murder?

The Russian special services are promising to find the person who killed dissident Boris Nemtsov, and do it soon. And hey, they could even show us who the real perpetrator was. But, as a number of previous occasions suggest, that doesn't necessarily mean the case would be solved. Because it's a political issue, not a matter of some random criminals doing a random crime.
