So, after long talks in Brussels, EU's foreign ministers have failed to reach an agreement on extending the arms embargo on Syria that's about to expire in a few days. Although they said they're not planning to directly arm the rebels for the time being; and they have no intentions to lift the other sanctions on Damascus.
