This incident caused a lot of drama through the Russian blogosphere. A Russian police colonel who was drunk like a brick used the door of his own office to pee. It was recorded on security cameras and he's a star now. Except he was fired from the police. But he's just a symptom of a much more wide-spread problem in Russia.
